Hypno-therapy?

At the beauty salon I go to .. I found a brochure for a local hypnotherapist claiming to cure you of your smoking problem, weight issues, self esteem problems and the list goes on. I know one person who went for just one session for smoking and said when he got out all he wanted was as cigrette. DO you think hypotherapy works? Have you tried it? Any success?

Hypnosis from the right person can help, so Ive been told. Have no real experience about it, but after reading about it on the net, i belive it is possible to do anything with hypnosis. I read the book Many lives many masters. A wonderful book in which a doctor hypnotises a patient and takes her back to many pervious lives. This is a true story. Do read it. Its an eye opener.

Wow, how interesting, I would love to read a copy of that book Many lives, many masters, do you know where I can get a copy of it from? Thanks in advance. Btw, I've never been hypnotized b4 but I have listened to a few cds that have hypnotic suggestions on them. I think I ordered it from online. I don't listen to them regularly as it's suggested but every now and then I like to listen. So anyhow I can't really tell if I feel like anything is working or not. But it would be nice if I could loose my extra pounds through hynotherapy. We always think there is an easy answer huh?

My friend quit smoking with hypo-therapy. She swears by it. I was the victim of a robbery and the police hypnotized me. I remembered a lot, including the entire tag. I can see where this type of therapy would work on willing people.

I guess there is a lot of things that you would consider to make it work for you. You should be willing since hypnotherapy means your willingness to undergo such. I haven't seen or experience having one.

Haven't tried it but have read about it. It works on suggestion and may require longer sittings and association with the hypnotiser. One session may to too little done for smoking. It does work if the person believes that it is something helpful and also on the skills of the person who hypnotises.

Hypno-therapy. Lols, well in that case it surely proved that it didn't work. I really do think that it's up to the individual and the person that is providing the hypnotic suggestions. If there is a good connection between the two and the receiver has full trust and confidence in the hypnotist then Yes in that case it could probably work.
