Do you get fresh air at sleeping time?

In order to have a good health,many people get fresh air in the morning. You should get your air as clean as possible.The military,Indians,and probably several people you know,all have 3 things in common about being natually healthy.They spend a lot of time outdoors ,sleep with the windows open,and eat vegetables at least once a day.Studies show many people get sicker the longer they stay in one.So-get a good nights sleep with clean air ,it is when your body regenerates.

I don't know how fresh is the air now that pollution is getting worse each day. But prefer there's some air ventilation/ circulating when I sleep. I can't sleep if the air doesn't circulate. I will feel stuffed.
