what gives you a comfort and serenity at heart. happiness or sadness?

Sadness.Sadness is always with me.I don't like happiness.......

o my goodness. at first when i was abt to start the discussion, i paused for a while and asked myself, "come on, it is an invalid question, everybody likes happiness". but then there was something at the bottom of my heart, sadness makes u human, while happiness makes u do certain inhuman acts. and we feel more spiritual and get into a deeper meaning of life, while being sad. thanks for comments
