What do you think is the best hair product for spiked hair?

I would like to know peoples opinions on the best hair product for keeping hair spiked. Something that is not greasy looking ad something that can stand up even in the rain. I used to use Dax when i was younger but its far too wet looking for my liking now, althouh it was excellent for keeping the style, even in dreadful weather. What do you use and why is it any good/bad?
