i have been on car lots and the dealers there are saying they are going out of business in 48 hour everthing must go.how about the car lot is still there a year later now this is a bad sale pitch here.how about a clearance sale on clothes you can,t return them and it,s only for a day the sale is.when you go back a week later them same clothes is hanging on the rack at regular prices.have you ever had something simlar happen to you before.

Well just last night they said on the news that due to the fact that people are not doing the recycling they should do the cost for deposit on a bottle of pop will increase from five cents to ten cents. Immediately having said that a woman appeared on screen and what was the first words from her mouth? I quote, "We have not had a rate hike in 20 years and felt the need to apply an increase in the deposit." and on and on she went. Why could she not have said so in the first place, this has zero to do with recycling because people are recycling more now than ever before. As a matter of fact it is law where we live. I have to separate all my garbage. Tin casns, glass bottles, newspaper and so forth is not garbage I have to take these items at my expense to the recycle bins.

the worst sales pitch is, for me, buy this you can afford it, I hate that, I do not want anyone that does not even know me tell me what I can afford, I decide what I can afford.

Your sentence reminds me of local businessmen, they always say that they hit a low bad patch. Few of them really close, most of them continue with their business so I guess they are still doing well on the whole. the only clearance sale that I have encountered is on clothes too when I was in UK. © ronaldinu 2008
