Is there anything one can do to "un-do" damage?

Just wondering if there's anything that can be done to un-do damage that one has done to their body over the years. Thanks for your response.

I think there are some things we can do to undo some damage to our bodies and health, depending on what damage one has incurred. While others are irreversible. Stopping smoking can help slow down the damage for instance. Exercise and drinking plenty of fluids can help cleanse some poisons from our systems. Resting more is another thing. But in some things we have to live with the situation and do the best we can.

I think some things can be improved and somewhat recooped in changing our lifestyles, and never too late, but I do seem to find alot of people have disease that can be due to things we did in the past. I guess that is why we need to tell others and help them not make the steps that were probably results from the past.

I think just being on vitamins, eating well, taking care to sleep properly. Deep relaxation, lots of fluids. Broccoli and vinegar and oatmeal are really good too. I think blueberries and Pomegrant help. Reduce stress...and treat your skin well. Lots of moisturizers, all over. Excercise and more natural and less chemicals.
