Barack Obama has proposed a tax plan that will reward about 44% of lower income tax-payers with a check even though they have actually paid no taxes. The following article examines just exactly where this money will come from and it won't be from the rich! Here is the article:

What I still do not understand is the double standard of Democrats on taxes. When someone wants to argue that the last thing the current economy needs is a tax cut, you will hear "Well Bill Clinton increased taxes, and the Ninties were the best economy." Yet the same people run around saying that a vote for Obama will be a tax cut for 95% of all Americans. So in the Ninties tax increases were good, in the early and middle of the 00's taxes cuts were bad, but in the late 00's tax cuts are good. Does not make any sense!
