I'm not a browns fan, but as someone who watches and gambles on football, I thought that the Browns were going to be one of the top teams in the AFC north based on how they played last year. They got the talent. This guy Derek Anderson came outta knowwhere last year, and everyone including myself was saying, "they drafted Brady Quin, but this guy might be the starter of the future for the Browns". It's crazy to think that a team would draft a good quarter back just to have the next guy do a hell of a job like Anderson did. They were even wondering wg=hich of the 2 they were going to keep. Do you trade Anderson after a year he was having and get a good player or draft pick in return whule he has some value? That was the question. I don't get to see the browns play alot, living in NY of course. But the few games I've seen, their number one wide receiver Braylon Edwards, they say he's just not on his a game. And from what Í've seen is that he drops alot of passes. And that's what his down side is according to the sports writers. Usually when a team is not doing good, the blame usually goes on the quarter back and/or the coach. I think the talent is there, it's just not happening. They might as well let Brady quin take some snaps and get some experience now cause their season is pretty much over.
