I've worked for quite a few businesses that claim all the new technology will cut down on paper, but it only creates more. I don't know how that can be possible, but it seems like the more information you send through e mail and internet and intranet, the more information has to be backed up, and they choose to back it up by printing copies of it. It would be wonderful if we could, indeed, enter a paperless society.

With the rate of boom in technology and the concerns on global warming, there is a possibility that people will be hooked and will have a paperless society. However, people are still skeptic with technology, and that a paperless society may take in effect once people are used to the fact that everything is transacted online.
