How do you enjoy life?

I come to this thinking, how do I enjoy life? Am I really enjoying it? How can I tell?
As I count my blessings, as I see myself 20 years ago, then 10 years ago, then 5 years ago and just a few days ago, Iv'e noticed that i am so blessed with so many wonderful things in life that I actually enjoy it and is still enjoying it till now. I am not rich though, but I am not poor either. but deep in my heart i am happy. When I think of my child i just can't help but feel so proud and happy. When I see my sisters and my parents, It makes me feel so loved and feel so happy knowing that. And when I look at my husband, I just can't help but thank the Lord for having Him beside me.I just can enumerate everything I have that really when not given attention will be taken for granted. I do have many problems every now and then. And mind you, it will never end.. but knowing that you have someone to lean on when everything else fails is really a wonderful realization that will completely change how you view your life and your problem as a whole..
With all these things, I am thankful. And I do enjoy life and will continue to do so...

live everyday as if it were your last coz one of these days it will be.. i always remember that famous quote from a movie, can't remember its title already. live with contentment and appreciate even from the small blessing we got each day. do things if you can do it now and not leave it to be done the next day. appreciate life's existence and always lend an open hand with a wide open heart.

I enjoy life, I am a positive person and I love to notice the natural things around me. I try to find what is positive in any situation that happens and this allows me to enjoy life no matter what goes on around me. I have shelter, enough to eat and pretty good health so what more could I want.

having a positive attitude really counts a lot.And it is our advantage to be like that.And since it is a choice, we also have the power to stay that way as long as we love to. So keep it up.

thankyou savypat1454 i like that response you are definatley right i guesss its about seeing all the things we dont have with all the things we do and using this to also look at all the good things we have my life is not that bad theres my family and i have a job and study fashion which a lot of other people would like to study you no im sick of looking at what i dont have in life and my propbleams i dont care if i have £1 or 1000.000 its being happy that counts to me and it seems so to you

Hello grace! This is really nice. I have same question with myself? How do I enjoy my life? I enjoy my life being with my husband whom I waited 3 years to be his legal wife. Seeing my nephew smiling and excited to see me on cam, felt really great for me! Knowing my family are happy and being in great situation because of my husband and I small help. Taking care of my husband in any way that I can which makes him really happy and appreciate is what I enjoy too. Making my friends laugh with my corny jokes. People appreciating of things i do for them. These are some of things that makes me enjoy with my life. It makes me realize that with a small things that I do to others gives them happiness and appreciation. My husband, family and friends are the reason why I am enjoying my life.

I enjoy life by expecting less from other people and from loved ones. I also try to live a simple life so that things would not get complicated.

you have been enjoying your life with your parents,with blessing since 20 years,and familly members.If you want to more enjoyment in future then you need to take any problem simply.You need to feel that "ship is safe in houber,but it is not made for that".So, think positive and enjoy your life.

I have to be honest I have not been enjoying some things in my life but I do understand where you are coming from. I am thankful for all the things in my life. I realize that hard times and other things in life that everyone has them and has to deal with them in their own way. It just seems to me that a lot of times lately that I have just been dealing with a lot of drama and hardships. I am doing my best to make it through them everytime they arise though. I know that things could be a whole lot worse than what they are. I do have a lot in my life to be thankful for. I also have a husband that I experience all of it with and it is helpful to have someone to lean on and to also try to make things better.

sorry to hear that. but still life is still way ahead of you. Hard times are always a part of our life. It will never out grow us, nor will ever leave us. But if we keep on focusing to all this hard times in life, we lose almost half of our life enjoying it.And the result wrinkles and wrinkles, worries and worries...so many cares yet it does not the problem right. so come on, while your are being thankful, experience also the joy..have a nice day.

life is good and worth enjoying when you do not have problems. but watch it when everything is too smooth with you . cos problem is at the corner stirring at you.. so continue to pray and enjoy a good like. always remember that as one grow older , one is moving closer to his or her grave.... it is a fact!!! you can not avoid it..!!!!

nice response here.yes it's true the more we aged the more our life shortens...But we cannot escape from it though, so i guess that thing should not spoil our life..cheer up...God loves all His little Children...

Hi gracetreyes, after so many years of living, i am glad to say that i have enjoyed my life, mainly because of my family and friends. I have had a great childhood and have made quite some friends since young. I am still in contact with my childhood friends even though i am an adult now. Its great to have gatherings once in a while to update each other on our life, relationships.

Hi lisa, problems are a part of my life too. they are just basically always messing me up, but generally speaking, I am enjoying my simple life. I just realized that focusing on all my problems will not solve the problems, but will spoil my life, so I just change my focus and my attitude and there it is, my outlook in life becomes much clearer and at peace now. You cannot buy it with all the money in the word... It comes from our heart naturally. and know what, it is freely given..take some cup of it..it's worth it..have a nice day.

Life is like a game with wins and loses. I enjoy my life because it makes me super excited and happy at one time, and make me cry the other second. I am a college student and right now dealing with first college excitement. I was happy about getting away from home but I miss my home now. I enjoy what I have and don't get upset by thinking what I don't have. Life is short, so live it fully. We may not get this opportunity again.

yes up's and down's are part of every one's life. so i guess there is nobody in this world that come to pass with out encountering it. so if we will just appreciate the blessings and beauty of life, it is still a better world to live in.

I enjoy my life through my hobbies: traveling, reading, writing, walking, collecting, photography and clutter clearing. As my house improves my happiness grows, my new flooring in my lounge looks really lovely. I am really enjoying going to Spanish classes once a week and making new friends. In the warm weather I enjoy the Great Outdoors and in the cold weather I stay at home or dress up warmly. Soon it will be Guy Fawkes Night and I will enjoy seeing fireworks. Seeing my family makes me happy and content. These days my mum and sister live quite close. I get enjoyment from my pets: two adorable miniature poodles.

gracetreyes, is nice having you as friend, i have watched list of your posts and fell in love with them. Really, i am enjoying life, if i look around me, i have every cause to be happy. I look at my wife, my baby - Makayla, my car, soul, my house, my mom, brothers, sisters all doing well. Infact I thank God!

Actually i enjoy doing almost anything imaginable. I'm an adrenaline junky so if someone dares me to do one thing i'll bring it to the next level and really have some fun with it. I enjoy doing alot of fun crazy things just not jumping off buildings or anything ya know. I know my limits.

And you are lucky to have such a happy attitude, only few feels that way.Many are contented with their worries and cares,so they almost forgot to enjoy their life and never know why they are living. Life is so beautiful. Everyone says" How the time flies". The days go by, and they are years And the years finally become our whole life. In our daily routine it is important to include time to enjoy others also to ourselves. Appreciate our blessings and creature of God. Look and wonder at the trees, fields and mountains, smell the flowers, hear the birds, and watch the clouds in the sky. yes to that. it doesn't necessarily means we have to be very wealthy to have that kind of life. I guess we don't only enjoy life, we appreciate it to its fullest. Happy my lotting my friend.
