Verifying paypal account? How important?

Is it really important to verify our paypal account?
If my paypal is not verified is that mean I can't received any payment?
If I reach my minimun payout here in mylot and I request my payment can I receive it to my paypal account even if my patpal is not verified?
I don't know how paypal works..
I didn't have a verified paypal account..
What do I need to do?
Please help me..

alot of sites will not send payment unless your paypal is verified. Paypal claims that unverified accounts can receive payments below a certain amount, but that is not true. I have been refused payments of only $1 because my paypal wasn't verified. So I got it verified quick. So yes, its very important to be verified. And really simple. You just put in your banking information, paypal will send 2 small payments to your bank...like 5 cents, and 7 cents. It takes a few days for the transfer. So wait a few days, go to your bank, and get a bank statement to find out how much paypal gave you, and then go online to paypal, and enter in the amount. That's it. Then you are verified.
