hi, is it right to have breakfast before the morning exercise?

is it right to have breakfast before the morning exercise? i want to do some exercise in the early morning, but i just do not know if it is right to have somehting to eat beofre i start it. so is it right to have bereakfast or not? i suggest you should not have breakfast before your morning exercise brcause when you do your morning exercise your food in your stomach can not be difestted well. in my opinion, it is good to have a little or less your body will be low sugar. on the other hand, too much breakfast will be harmful to your stomach when you do a morning exercise actually. i do not think it is asenseilbe action of doing that as i was warned of soing some silly things such as this point which is that it is not good for your health to ahve a breakfast bfore doing some exercise yby my realtives wlthoug i do not wholly agree with them somtimes some of them which offer em are very useful including this common knowledge.

Hi Whatever be the kind of exercise you want to do, you must do it in an empty stomach. It says that you can do exercise 4-5 hours after having meal in the evening time. It's not at all wise and in fact harmful to do exercise after having food.

Maybe something, light and quick would be okay. Like an banana, apple, or yogurt. Just make sure that it is nothing that is heavy on the stomach. And before you begin to exercise, rest just a light. and do some light strectching .
