the "other guys" debate on civil liberties

I'm watching a youtube video of last nights 3rd party debate between Chuck Baldwin and Ralph Nader. right now their discussing the patriot act, the 1st brigades deployment on american soil and other such issues. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3SHCPC5fYW8 the whole debate is in multiple parts, I encourage everyone to take some time to watch it and see who else is running and what they stand for before you all make up your minds on Nov 4th, but this section is pretty interesting to me in particular.
