Chillies have abundant levels of Vitamin A and Vitamin C. They have unique compound called capsaicin. Having 2 or 3 chillies per day can meet your daily requirements of Vitamin C. Capsaicin helps the intestinal walls to absorb nutrients faster and speed up metabolism.

yes I have heard that as well, and I guess the red chilli would probably come under the section of anti8-cancer as I was reading any fruit or vegetable that is red comes under that, thank you for the extra information.
