Knitting for a cause becomes my hindrance to visit mylot these few days

Well, I joined the church project which is knitting for a cause. We are making scarf and hats for the orphanage and for women in home shelter. I never know how to do knitting before when I was in my country but here, I am enjoying this work. I have been doing this since last year, in this time of the year. This is the reason why I can not log in to mylot most often during the week. Anyway, doing good things for others is a good cause.
What are some of your hindrances this week to come to mylot? LOL

I just started a part time job, we moved back to an area that was familar so I decided to get some part time work so I wouldn't go crazy with the kids. I'm a stay at home dad so its nice to get out for a few months and make a little money. Sounds like a great cause for you to be involved with, best of luck.

wow!! GIFTED, congrats for having a part time job now. But even then, you still have time to come to mylot? You are really good in using your time.. hahaha.. You mean you move again? You know what? that kind of life is so exciting!! keep on moving all the time..

wow..I have tried to practice that before but I didn't learn, that is a great activity indeed! Helps us to become Santa Claus to other people!
Hmm...me here, I am lazy due to the weather, I will just enjoy all the day watching news and series online and good thing if I can accomplish 10 responses each day this time! LOL![/i]

Me too I am becoming lazy with my online thing. I have so many thing to do around the house. I am not watching a lot with the series, in fact I missed them now. I am knitting and sewing... hahahah for a change. I plan to have a make over in our house for Christmas. So now, I am preparing swing curtains and covers. Those are my hindrances to come to mylot.. hahaha I will just try to reach pay out for the month then, I am done unless I have extra time at night for online thing. Good luck.

It sounds like you're doing something much more important than mylotting! Congratulations on learning to knit and for helping those less fortunate. It always make a person feel good when they can help someone else.
