What sets you free? I find jogging, dancing, running side to side or just jumping around like crazy lol anything with fast moving and that could give you a good work out... doing that with my head phones on and not being able to hear anything but my music and just singing along to the song in my head or if no one is around maybe even singing out loud lol sets me freeeee! i can't explain the feeling other then its wonderful and free. now afterwards i might feel a little sore, hot and tired but give me 30 minutes to cool off and i'm good to go again! taking pictures also sets me free but its a different type of feeling. what about you?

Yoga and music set me free, it centers my mind and gives me that wonderful feeling of freedom.

I think anything that centers the mind can create the feelings you are talking about. For me Yoga does it and listening to some music.

Drawing, writing, reading, or listening to music? Running doesn't really help me because it's always so hot when I want to run. ; ) Basically, anything that is quiet and soothing. Music calms me down, but I get bored of the same music over and over. ; ) Reading is the same way, I get bored of most books after I've read it. Drawing is something I always was to improve it, so I get annoyed and bored also, plus I usually end up with a half-finished weird looking picture. Writing is fun, but I run out of good exciting ideas really quickly, plus after a while, you get to a boring part of a story that you just want to quit. : ( Taking pictures are fun, but I don't own a non-broken camera and I don't go anywhere much, so I see the same scenery over and over. Now that I think about it, I get bored of everything after a while. @.@
