masters of the downloads

when you have been warned about your downloads on a p2p site (ares)that they are watching you and you face prosecution if you continue to download on p2p does that also mean you can no longer download on torrents.

My understanding is it means all illegal downloads from whatever sources. Where I live here in France, they are trying to get the ISP's to observe what you are downloading and if they suspect that you are downloading non authorised material, then they will cut your internet connection. Mind you, the other day a friend told me that they are only looking for downloads over 700 Mb, but I am not sure how true this is.

Jason. thanks for the response.yes the letter qouted the isp number for the p2p but no mention of torrents.i have been told that p2p are looked upon as illegal but torrents are ok.no mention of any mb size soi am none the wiser.
