leadership and its difficulties

I am the PICE President in our school. and I love my job so much. the only problem i encounter is that my fellow officers doesnt follow and coordinate with their works. I'm trying to be the most understanding person ever by tolerating all their excuse and doing their job eventhough its not my work anymore. But sometimes i dont like it anymore. how can I tell them to do their work?should I be a bossy leader and be mean at them for them to recognize theit mistake?what do you think?
