what's your favorite sauce? actually mine is more of a side dish since its a variety of the sauce. i like diced indian mango with diced tomatoes and salted egg.... YUM-YUM, especially with grilled bangus (milkfish) or tilapia. i also partner this with tocino. :D wahhh! i miss the philippines! :D

My favorite is the simple soy sauce (silver swan brand) with lots of calamansi... that goes best with any fried fish... i even tried it with a steak once... and i tasted so delicious... so now i am hungry and i want fried tilapia... with my ever delicious soy sauce with calamansi...

hi lrglara wow, that sounds delicious. we also do that sometimes, but if we have no mango, just tomatoes, salted egg and onions. for me i like toyo-mansi. thats soy sauce and kalamansi for some grilled and fried chicken or pork or fish. i also like ketchup for fries. sometimes i also use mang tomas the all around sarsa. :) take care
