What's ur best way to loss weight? mine is to just drink water and eat vegetables or fruits

I think different person have different methods. For me, I would like to do sports to break into a sweat and then have a hot-bath. The key item is not to eat a lot after exercises. Just resupply the lost salt and water from your body. It's a good way to lose weight as well as to make you more healthy. you must insist on it or your weight will rebound back quickly.
