Administrators of myLot respond when you contacted them?

Have you ever contacted administrators from myLot about any problems or concerns? I have contact them about a problem in the referrals system, but I don`t received any response (and passed about two days).

I have contacted them a couple of times, and they have always responded....Sometimes it was quick and others it was a couple of days...Im sure that they will contact you soon...

Contacted them regarding what? They have resolved other issues besides those related discussion and answers? Example profile problems, problems of site structure...

They responded once when I asked them to delete one of the discussions I posted twice. I have a problem with my profile wherein it's not letting me edit it but I didn't get any response from them at all.

I understand ... everybody is happy when contact them about discussions, but the rest, I see them not bothering to solve problems.

I probably need to contact them again though. Try to do the same or just keep on asking for follow-up until you get a response.

i have never contacted them but i think you should wait for sometime for them to respond to you...i hope they will surely reply to your prob.. Mylot is a true site so why worrying abt anything else..if they think u really need help then they will reply you soon!!lets hope for the best!! gud luck!!happy mylotting!!

Glad you think myLot is so nice. I read all your answers and discussions and i think you appreciate this site very much. I hope to receive an answer, but I hope not only because I opened this discussion...

I've never needed the Administrators of Mylot for any reason yet. I know a friend that contacted staff for deleting a topic and they responded to her and deleted it, but now it seems that they only respond when it has something to do with discussions. For your sake, I do hope you'll get a reply.

I think the same thing. Only respond when we contact them about issues related to the discussions.
