If you are talking about drama then I don't know what a good site is to watch it, but animecrazy.net is good for anime since each video has many mirrors to watch it so if one doesn't work then there are plenty more to try. Animecrazy.net also has drama on it, but I have never watched it so I don't know if they're any good.

There is a site called mysoju.com, It hosts a lot of Japanese/ Korean and Taiwanese dramas and movies. The only problem with this site is that dramas are divided into parts for example one movie will be split to 8 parts. But you can watch a lot of videos and subs are fine,
