Help me think of topics!

I too am a freelance writer but have never had the fortune to be hired (long story about unfortunate coincidences). Maybe you are trying too hard to come up with a topic. Spend a little time thinking about nothing, or completely frivalous things. Not always easy, but it has worked for me.

Congratulations on the job! I wish I could find one like that, any tips for me hun? Now as for topics to write about, I have always been advised to write about things that you know about. I like to write about life and the events that happen throughout it. There are so many options in regards to life like friends, relationships, love,etc. Once again congrats! I wish you all the best.

When I am looking for topics, I try and think about what I am interested in reading...what's going on in the world that I care about (the elections, the state of the world's ecological health, groups that are helping make a difference to change things, and so on). I also think about what I like to do (movies, books, concerts, clothing trends, fun activities, travel, and so on). Finally, I think about things I would like to know more about (how to make money online, to to do a volunteer vacation, artists and art trends, events that spark my curiosity, etc).

I'm a freelance writer myself. I usually let my clients choose my topics because if I'm left to it, I'm usually stumped just like you. Anyway, in my experience, the topics that attract the most number of audiences are stock and foreign exchange trading, payday loans and business articles. You might want to write about affiliate marketing.
