new comer in design grapich

hai, , now i work as design grapich, and it's a new for me. i have no experience with it. i just know a little bit how to use a corel draw and photoshop but i have to facing some complicated design have to do. . have you any reference for me as beginner ? i hope i can be expert with this job. cause i like it. that's a first reason why i make desicion to join with design grapich company.
