American needs to stop...

depending on foreign oil. This country gives out billions of dollars a year for foreign oil and it goes directly to the countries that want to destroy America. Does anyone agree with me that America needs to stop depending on other for oil and start drilling on our own lands? Does this make sense to anybody else but me?

I compltley agree we have to stop depending on foreign oil. I think we should drill in alaska isnt that the reason why we bought alaska because of the oil so why dont we use it. We have plenty of oil in our home country that we can use and I dont know why they just dont start drilling so we dont have to pay more for gas and oil.

Yes, I agree that America needs to stop depending on foreign oil. America needs to come up with better ways to produce electricity and other powers we use. We need more American inventors to come up with solutions. Such as a car that drives on water and other such things.

I do not think so, but i am very sure that America is the biggest beneficiary of Gulf Oil.
Besides their low prices,Importing Oil from these countries protect American people and the environment from the bad effects of drilling on their own lands and sea.
And i am not sure that the Golf countries want to destroy america, I think that they are friends of america.
