Which email program do you use? Outlook or Outlook Express?

I was just wondering which email program is better out of Outlook and Outlook express. I use to always use Outlook express, but since I did my reformat I've started to use Outlook, I just don't see a difference in the email programs actually. Only thing I see is that the folder options are different. Does anyone know where to get addons (emoticons, themes, etc.) for Outlook? I really don't want anything that will put spyware on my computer though. Please PM the links to me I don't want this to look like a referral discussion. Thanks
