Hi Dear Friends, I just want to know your tastes and preferances about the food you eat.I personally am a strict vegetarian, and i do not like the idea of eating someone else's flesh or meat.I know that their calorific value is too high and they give a lot more energy but i still prefer veg food items.Amongst them i love Indian cuisine and Chinese veg noodles and Pizzas a lot.what are you tastes my fellow mylotters? And if possible your most preferable dish or food item? Thank you for reading and sharing!! Happy lotting!!!

it is true that non veg food has more amount of nutrients but... still killing a living organism for food when other better sources are available....is not what i would prefer to do...i have not eaten any nonveg stuff yet. i hope that t never do it...because i personally feel very bad for those animals who think that their masters r good feeding them but they want their meat actually....ya but if their are conditions like when ther's no food available n if there's no other food available then i won't prefer to die hungry...if nonveg is available then i'll eat it... happy mylotting

I prefer, Non-vegetarian. I am a meat lover and a meat eater. I could not imagine myself, being without meat.. I have to have it.. I can sometimes eat foods without meat. But, my main meals have meat in it. My favorite dish would be Lasagna with sweet honey carrots and baked chicken wings.

I love vegetarian foods, however i belong to a non-vegetarian food culture family, but recently i have completely stopped eating non-veg food and eat only vegetarian food. I don't know suddenly it happened with me that i don't like the smell or don't feel like eating those stuffs, and however i have found myself the food which is equivalent rich in minerals and energy....

I prefer a balanced diet rather than a preference for vegetarian or non-vegetarian food. As long as I get all my nutrients I don't mind sticking to any one type of diet. Now a days in our hectic life styles I believe it is dificult to eat a healthy diet and lead a healthy life, the least we can do is not be choosy about what we eat IMHO.

I have not eaten any red meat for more than twenty years. I did eat fish and cheese until recently, but I have now replaced these with better vegetarian food. I try to eat a good balanced diet with plenty of beans, fruits, nuts, seeds, wholegrains and natural non-processed foods. I make some nice nutritious home made soups and I like eating couscous with healthy ingredients and a few herbs and spices.
