How to add shortie on mylot?

Hello, i have difficulty in putting/adding html of the logos of my programs in my profile. Isn't allowed? or should i have the number to be able to qualify in this feature? I see some profile with their own customized shorties but how come i cannot do it? I tried adding but it will only flash then it will be erased after I click Save changes. Please help.
