Will it be nice for Halloween? Crossing fingers....

I'm enjoying some nice warm weather here in Northern California, 70's and 80's all month and sitting here hoping that it will hold for Halloween. But the forecast shows rain for Thursday, so maybe no. Crossing fingers, hoping it will be clear and at least somewhat warm on Friday so that the kids can go out and have fun. Maybe Mr. Weatherman will be wrong about the rain. We need it, but it can wait until Saturday!

I remember lots of soggy halloweens. Once in awhile, we will get a nice mild one. But I even remember several snowy ones too. Yuck! Too early!

That's kind of rare in California, even Northern California. A bit of chill and some wind is not too unusual though!

I always think it's a shame especially for the children who love to go out trick or treating, that it is only one night in the year and if it rains it puts such a downer on the event and stops a lot of children from going out and enjoying their night, because Halloween is really for children isn't it? So yes crossed fingers indeed, so it can be dry and can be enjoyable!

Thanks and if not, they are troopers, and will probably go out with coats and umbrellas and my husband (while I stay dry inside and hand out candy lol).
