In our organisation the cultue is just the perfect one i need. We have teams for different sections but the coordination is just perfect. The basic purpose is to create an organisation in which the company is first so everybody is willing to cooperate in case of need. Meeting are organised on a regular basis where we evaluate our performance and see where we can improve. Costing is discussed with suggestions on reducing cost without compromising on quality. We strive to maintain this atmosphere although we do have moments when the two teams are busy deciding who is responsible for breakdown. Actually this helps them to strive to become better. What's out there in your organisation?

I guess our organization is less than perfect. There are problems along the way and we all strive to meet our personal goals as well as the group's goals. Cheers!!

I am very lucky to be a member of an inclusive community. We have a family unit here comprising of some 40 families. There will be a president,V.President,secretary,J.Secretary,treasurer and five nominated members from the general body. The office bearers shall hold their respective offices for a tenure of two years. They are either unanimously,as in most cases, nominated or elected in case of a rival. These ten members form the Executive committee of a family unit. There are some 50 family units in our ward. The central executive members are elected from and by the executive committees of these 50 family units.I am glad and happy to say that I am the secretary of the family unit in which I belong to.We convene general body meeting every month preceded by the executive committee meeting. We evaluate our policies their implementation ,availibility of funds for charity programmes. Please don't consider this as a pride,as almost all the members are affluent enough,by God's grace, we have not been faced by any financial constraints so far.We undertake charity activities like giving financial aid to the poor families in our locality for the marriage of daughters, helping those for reconstructing or bulding new homes or providing shelters for the destitute etc.So far everything is going well and I am glad and happy to be a part of the community which sees the needs of the poor and I thank God for giving me such a wonderful oppurtunity.By the way what you mean by costing,do you mean the expense? If yes for what. What are the activities you undertake. If there is anything innovative I can adopt it here. Thanks for the post
