Keep healty by taking exercises!!!!

If our bodies are not strong,our spirit to do things will certainly be quite dull.And at the same time,we ae lack of energy to work.Diseases will only attack the weak,but not the strong. Why are our body not strong?Because we do not pay attention to exercise.FOr this reason,we must often take different kinds of exercise in the gym. So,do you have time to make some exercise each week???

I am not doing heavy exercises. But I do yoga 5 days in a week. It makes me very good health and freshens my mind. If we live healthy we will do yoga or exercises every day. It is not only for weight loss but also good health
