What if you got your girlfriend pregnant and you're doing everything you can just to bring the baby out in this world. You have a fine job and you can sustain the needs of your girlfriend and the baby but your parents don't like her because she came from a poor family and living in a remote area. What would you do?

This happened to me 36 years ago. I got my girlfriend pregnant, she came from a poor family, and my parents did not approve of her. But, I did love her and wanted to spend the rest of my life with her. We married when she was 5 months along. Unfortunately, our marriage lasted for only 10 years and two more kids. If you love her, and want to have a life together, then go for it. Be married, have a good life. In the last years of my parents life, I found that neither parent ever approved of my daughters' mother, and my father never accepted her as daughter-in-law, but they did treat her nicely and was polite to her. And they did accept my daughters (three of them) as their granddaughters.

you're old enough and financially stable enough to be able to decide on your own. it's your baby....and apparently...it's gonna be their grandkid. do you love your gf? if you love her you should fight for your feelings even if your parents dislike her just coz she's poor. that's not really fair for her. would our parents disown your kid just coz the baby had a poor family? would you allow that???

Just marry the girl whom you love and who gives you so and left your home. Your parents will recognize her later.
