can u say me sum of the food items for diabetic patient i have heard that walking is sumthing good for diabetic patients and mention the Do's and D'ont's for diabetic patients

Well My dad has Diabetes and it really matters if you have Type 1 or type 2 diabetes if you have type 2 Like my Dad then you need to stay away from sugar and definetly excersise if you have type 1 then you need to add more carbohydrates but it doesnt mean you have to eat sugar just more bread and stuff!! good luck with that!! crissy

I am diabetic myself and the best place to find out about what type of diet and exercise, program you should be on is your Dr, It makes a big difference what type of diabetes you have as far as diet you need. It also depends if your are on insulin, oral medications, or just diet controlled. Most doctors give you a diet plan and calorie level to follow.

God is good and perfect .and made every creators on earth for a purpose.on His infinite glory He supplies everything for us .does everything has its own use to the humanity there are many reasons we consider why people now a days on there early age get diabetes aside from genes. some reasons are... our lifestyle,our diet, here are some food that could help a lot for diabetic patience the berries....crane berry,elderberry,wild berry black berry,strawberry bilberry rasp berry are some,which are rich in anthocyanin foods rich in chromium that help the pancreas to produce insulin...are sugarcane,bitter melon food that are abundant in vit.c,like guava,oranges,pineapple and graviola drink a lot of water don'ts...... eating meat most specially at night take a rest before 11pm
