what do you do to keep you fit?

i was doing hiphop abs before with some badminton. but now, i don't have the chance to do it because i am already tired to death before the day ends. i do all the house chores and still have to look after the kids and teach them with their lesson. how about you, what do you do to keep yourself fit?

i always do exercises ,take juices in my braekfast,avoid junk food and much oily food.and i also play for my city's cricket team so i have to work hard in gym to keep my self fit.i also like tis thing very much.i walk about 15 km everyday.

wow!!! that's awesome. i have a treadmill here at home which is a gift from my honey last year but i used it only 5 times i guess. he uses it more than i do. plus he is athletic and very health freak. he avoids salty and fatty food, sweets, and etc. my sons who are just 4 and 5 now adopted the idea of becoming health buffs like daddy. i guess that's a good start though.

doing housework is actually doing exercise, because you're always on the go, and moving every part of your body while doing this, but the extra exercise i do is i walk my daughter in the mornings and afternoons to and from school, but sometimes in the afternoon because it's getting hotter now in the afternoons and been as i drive, i don't like my child to be out in the heat while it's hot, so i walk her when i can to and from school, and i also walk for about minimum of half an hour to 90 minutes and it doesn't tire me out anymore as im used to walking, and i also on the days i can't walk, weather it's raining or just to plain hot, i do star jumps, sit ups, and various other things too. Hope this helps you out.

i can't do the walking because i have no one to look after my kids. lol!! yes you're right house chores is keeping me busy and always on the go. thanks for responding.

Now I seldom do fixed exercise because I have many other chores to do and I don't have the time to attend to regular fixed exercises like before. I used to walk long distance when I was a student at the university and that makes my body healthy. My metabolism is checked and normal and I can eat pretty much without gaining weight. But now I can get fat quite easily because the lack of exercise. I think I should start walking long distance again but when is the time, I am not sure if I can get some. But I am fortunate because at least my house chores are keeping me busy and therefore it is where my sweat come out.
