student / teacher info?

I work in the program that is for kids that can not function in a normal classroom. One of my students recently told me and the class that he knew my address and other information on me. His mother, who works for my vet, accessed my file and gave the kid the information.
What would you do?

well that is so unethical for me. i mean before giving information, have the courage to ask me first. i have the right to decide to give it out. that is my privacy. i will confront the person who gave those information for he/she has no right to do that.... and hope that this will not happen anymore. i myself does not give out any information of any person i know i only give it when the person said it is okay to give it. that is respect.
