Who would have made such a statement at the start of the season that come end of October, Chelsea would be in top of the league clash with Hull City? Yet, we find Hull and Chelsea on same number of points after 9 games each. Fantastic for the newly promoted club. So what is your prediction for this clash? I think the Hull bubble with burst, now that Chelsea are seething under their first home defeat in years!! I think it is going to be 0-2 in favor of Chelsea. What is your scoreline? Cheers! Ram

As Chelsea just suffer defeat in the hands of Liverpool, i think they'll surely try to overcome that frustration by winning this game, i also go for the same scoreline as you predicted..0-2

I am answering this post after 5 days and Chelsea have won three nil. Hull seems to be doing a great job till now and I do hope that their last home defeat against Chelsea won't deter them to do well in the league. It is nice to watch an underdog doing well when compared to other top clubs. © ronaldinu 2008

Yes, it is fairy tale for Hull, but Chelsea are definitely the more stronger of the two... But Hull had stunned Arsenal before already... Cheers! Ram

Hi Ram, Chelsea showed to Hull already how's life not easy in Premier League. 3-0 result should be awakening call for Phil Brown's side. They must keep on improving if need to challenge all the big clubs in premier league. Congrats to Chelsea.

Phil Brown's team would still not be feeling down as Chelsea is one of the best teams if not the best team in the league. Cheers! Ram

people think i'm mad for this prediction but i think it will be 2-2 and hull will just sit back handle the crosses coming in and get them away like liverpool did on sunday, and just keep hitting them on the counter.

It's going to be a backlash from Chelsea. Though I really surprised by Hull, I think the time has come for Hull to finally come down to earth. Chelsea will definitely want nothing more than a win against Hull to make up for their disappointing lost to Liverpool last Sunday. Chelsea have enough quality and attacking flair to outplay Hull. My prediction is a 3-0 scoreline for Chelsea. Regards

Most pundits are predicting that the Hull bubble is about to burst. But, they have been doing this for the past three matches and somehow or the other Hull has managed to win despite everything... Cheers! Ram

I've never seen Hull play, but they must do it very well, considering the position they are in. I think Chelsea will win. I hope they won't, but I think they will. I'm more concerned on how Man Utd is playing, and the fact that they can't seem to focus when playing teams that are obviously less strong (Everton was just another example). I'll see Hull against Man Utd, I guess...

Hull's style of play is simple and old school. Don't concede a goal for the first 45 minutes and then throw the kitchen sink at the opposition and get a goal. They have been really successful with this approach. Cheers! Ram

i think hull city can hold chelsea, 0-0 draw score, chelsea will continue their worse performance, like against liverpool several days ago.

you are right ram_cv hull will lose to chelsea, but they will give a fight and make it difficult for chelsea. chelsea will be more desperate to win the match after loosing to liverpool at the weekend. the score will be 1-0 to chelsea. but dont underestimate hull , they might spring a suprise . you never know what can happen. i hope chelsea loose as i am a manchester united fan.
