Am I Paranoid? Am I just suffering an Anxiety Disorder? Is it time to get help?

I do not know exactly what is happening to me. My mind is filled with negative thoughts, and it is scaring me a lot. I could not even do the things I want to do because my mind will immediately react, and would think that something bad will happen. It looks like it is controlling me. It all started when I worked in a 24/7 call center wherein agents schedules are not stable, we are sometimes required to work very early in the morning or late at night , and will have to stay awake all night long. Because of our limited breaks, I tend to skip meals. Aside from the fact that I do not have regular sleeping hours, I do not have regular eating hours too. Do you think that could possibly be the biggest factor why my mind set has been like this? I am so tired of having this kind of mentality should I say. I want to get rid of the negative thoughts. I want to become a positive person. However, there are times wherein negative, sometimes scary thoughts would fill my mind. Please help me, if I need prayers or Divine intervention, please help me. I need your suggestions. Do you think I need to stop working from the call center. Would exercise help? I need your advice friends.

I think you need to spend some quality time with your family and friends. I have often heard of the disadvantage of working in a call center where duty hours are unstable, which you are experiencing at present. Balanced diet and exercise can help. You also need spiritual guidance like the Bible. If you have problems, the solutions are in the Bible. I hope you get better soon. Good luck!

I think you should go seek a doctor. I had worked in a call center again too. Sure it does pay better than any other job but our mind and body are being beaten up with the time and pressure. Try to relax a bit. Maybe you need to file a leave for a while. Rest your mind and body.
