laying in front of the heater

For the first time this year I had to turn on our gas heater. I turned it on before I got the kids up to get ready for school. The kids are usually the first ones in front of it. But this morning when I came back into the living room, my two dogs were laying sprawled out in front of the heater. It was really cute. So how many of you have dogs that lay in front of the heater???

When we were kids and lived in NY, our beagle mix used to lie in front of the forced heat vents. Now we live in FL and my dogs do just the opposite; they lie on the tile to keep themselves cooler.
