When i wen to the toilet the other day, the seat was freezing when i sat down. this lead me to think that a heated toilet seat would be a great idea. i am sure somebody else will have thought of this before me. my question to you is have you ever seen a heated toilet seat, and where are they sold

i worked at japan twice already. and most of the seat there during winter is heated. i dont know if you can buy a machine that can do that but i just want to share the experience. on the apartel were i stayed during the months i wirked the toilet seat is cold. but on the place like resto and bars the toilet seat there are heated. it is really pleasant to sit down on it specially on a winter day

my sister who lives at japan said that you will only buy the toilet lid, they have one of those at home. she said it was pricey but it was worth it. she lives at a part of japan where the winter is really very very cold. hope you can find something like that it would really make your morning.

Year it would be great on a winter morning. I thought it would have already been thought of. Somebody else suggested that they might have them in japan. Thanks for responding

It sure is a bright idea but I don't know where you can get it. In my case, I usually heat it with my shower nozzle and dry it a little before I sit on it. It's really comfy to seat on something warm, it realieves you of that eeky feeling specially on cold mornings when nature is calling you. If I were you, better inquire in a toilet factory and if they have that yet, patent your idea. hehe.

hm it doesnt sound all that practical because anything that would use electricy if it came into play with water, well you know what would happen. how would the seat be heated? i am curious?

i havnt got that far yet. maybe it could be filled with them bean things. you put them in the micrwave and they stay warm for ages. the seat would be soft and warm then. i think i am on to something here. thank you for responding

i know it wouldnt be practicle but it would be fun. great for if you had visitors. yes your right heating the bathroom would be more practicle. but just heating the seat would be more cost effective lol. thank you for responding
