I dont know when i can buy a new house in our country.

I also heard about that the house price in U.S.A is very cheap now. And the bank rates also very low. So this is the good time to buy your own house. But may be different state has different price.

is that right? as far as i know, in the united states the price of the house is not high. or the price is reasonable. just think how much do you earn every month and how much is the house.?

I see by your profile, that it says your are in the United States. Right now market values are very low. It is a great time to buy. They may go a little lower, but nothing extensive. If you are looking at homes, and cannot afford the one that you want. Maybe you can find one that is less expensive. Putting money into the equity of a home is much better than paying rent. Which, I don't know if you are doing this right now or not. But if you buy a less expensive home now, it will grow equity. Then in the future you can take the equity out of that home and buy something better. If you have got enough money saved to put up the down payment, it would be well worth it in the long run!
