Gun Control or Lack Of It

So has anyone else read the article or heard about the little boy that accidentally shot himself at a gun fair with an UZI. An UZI that he was firing at a pumpkin, at a gun show with his fathers permission. What parent in their right mind gives an 8 year old boy permission to fire an automatic weapon. I am not against guns by any means, I can shoot better than half my brothers or guy friends, but I am against a small child shooting an automatic weapon. Now, because of poor judgement that family has lost a child, son, grandson ect...ugh!!
