Is your local TV station having digital TV test?

My local news channel is having a test of the digital TV, which is to take place in February 2009. At six they are going to do whatever, if your television continues broadcasting, you are okay, if it goes snowy, you will need to get a converter box. Oh well, I missed the test, because my husband keeps changing the channels. Boy, I can not stand that

Not that I am aware of. I have Dish Network, so I am pretty sure it is not something that I will have to worry about. Sorry to hear your husband would not stay on the channel so you could see.
