Life in outer space

Scientists always talk about how vast the universe is, but how come so many people beleive that there is no life in space? I gotta think that i;m not the only one who thinks this and i know we are trying to look for life on other plants in are solar system, but come on people really if the universe is so big i'm thinking there is a ton of life out there, i just wanna know if other people agree with me, or disagree.

I believe there must be life in the outer space. All my friends believe so. Afterall we haven't found out yet that there is no life out there. It will always remain a unresolved topic. I have come across more discussions on the topic here in mylot. Its not a new topic you see.
