Metro PCS verses Contract Cell phones

Ok so I am thinking about cancelling my current contract with t mobile and going over to Metro PCS. I have heard some good things about the company and some bad things. So my question is for those of you who have a metro pcs phone what are your dislikes and likes about the company? For the rest would you switch over to metro pcs for your cell phone service? why or why not?
