How do you react if you are angry and how long does your anger last

It depends on the person. if it is my frend it wont even last for a minute. else it will be for some 5 mins thats it. i always go to play some video games or outdoor games if i am angry. this will reduce it substantially

Previously I just go and burst it out when I am angry but it never really helped me. So now a days I started taking deep breaths and start laughing on my condition. I really try my best to hold my anger. Sometimes it do get burst but wont last for more than 5 min.

I start shouting at the person when I get angry. Sometimes if the person is my boss or father or any person with some power like policeman I keep quiet and I do not talk any thing then. My anger lasts for about 5 minutes.
