the stiff neck is very easy to cure for it only need a quick squeeze on your neck and then you will have a normal body with out any pain again. My father in law always called me to release the pian on his neck, i just give them my first aid but at the moment my hands are on their face they are also afraid to be cured because it really hurt. the only thing i did is to talk with them and if they forgot that i have something to do with their neck i will quickly move my hand faster to turn their head.

isnt that dangerous? doctors do not recommend that because of the nerves in our spine, the neck is a crucial junction of these nerves

i have bursitis in my left shoulder which causes extreme pain in the shoulder as well as my neck. my neck gets stiff all the time. it doesn't matter which position i sleep in. i've tried switching pillows and mattresses and this doesn't help either. i find that what helps me is... i take a long sock (like my husband's tube sock). i then fill it with rice and tie the end with string or an elastic so the rice can't fall out. (make sure there is no metal in the string or elastic). i then put it in the microwave for 2 minutes to heat it up and apply that to my neck. the rice sock stays warm for about 20 minutes and shapes right around the neck. this helps to loosen the stiffness and i'm not in as much pain anymore.
