of how cold it gets? I am a cold body, as soon as the temperatures start getting cold, I close my windows. My husband sometimes even if it is cold will open the windows. I know having the windows open, helps with the air circulation in the room, but if it is cold I can not. Whenever my husband uses the bathroom, he opens the window, and most times he does not close it. When I go into the bathroom, the room is so cold, I have to get a sweater. My question is, do you leave your bathroom window open, or do you open it and close it after you are done in there?

My bathroom window is never open when it is cold outside. I never open any of my windows when it is colder that like 60 outside.

I generally keep my windows closed as well. Fresh air is good, but it is not completely germ free, so I do not use that as an excuse to keep my windows open. Germs are outside, just like they are inside.

Hi there! I live in a tropical country so there's no problem if the windows are left open. We do close it when it rains and at nights when its time to sleep. But with our bathroom windows, we always leave it open for the air to circulate and so that the odor won't stay inside the bathroom. We have air fresheners and exhaust fan but natural is better I think to eliminate odor. It's should be a habit for every home owner to open windows if the whether permits. It can help eliminate air pollution inside home. Dust and humidity can also cause air pollution it is bad for your health. Inviting fresh air from outside is one of filtering air inside your home. You can visit this link: It's an article I wrote about air pollution inside home http://www.informativepost.com/2008/07/26/Is-your-home-free-from-air-pollution-1478.htm Ciao!
