He Said It... I Know He Did... I Saw Him... John McCain on Taxing...Rich People!

I watched the video and I hear him saying the same thing he has been saying all along - he is still saying that those who make more money should pay more taxes and should get less tax breaks and the working middle class should not. He also indicates that because of the way the tax code is written, many people who make more money and can pay high priced tax lawyers are able to get out of paying the taxes they should actually be paying - which is totally true.

Our tax system has always been progressive. What McCain is against isn't the rich paying more taxes than the poor, it's wealth redistribution that he's against. The higher taxes wealthier people pay currently go to the same things as other people's tax dollars, roads, police, national security, etc. Obama wants to take money from wealthier Americans and redistribute it to the 40% who aren't paying income taxes. I'm probably just wasting my time pointing this out. Obama's minions will only believe what they want to believe.
