How to Spot a fake Lacoste clothing?

So here I'am surfing ebay looking at Lacoste clothing, most of it appears to be cheap rip offs of the real thing. I'm wondering if theres any real indicators that would tip a person off that it was fake? Only thing I seem to notice is the location and size of the logo. Please help.
