automotive help please someone!

I have a 2002 honda accord four cylinder automatic , I'm have transmision issues i have two go through the gears manualy to get the car to shift sometimes that works sometimes it doesnt does this sound like the tranny. is bad or does it have a bad sensior this car only has 77k miles on it and has been well taken care of never once beat on if there is someone out there with some ideas for me i would be really thankfull
